Jeremy Corbyn spoke yesterday at Labour’s conference in the relative right-wing stronghold of Wales – and received a huge standing ovation, in spite of the relentless media onslaught as the ‘MSM’ continue to portray him negatively while often ignoring or even covering up the shame and disarray on the Tory front benches:
Corbyn used the occasion to remind Welsh members and the nation of that Tory shame – the heartless, despicable and racist treatment of ‘Windrush generation’ citizens by Theresa May, as both Home Secretary and the Prime Minister, and her successor in the former role, Amber Rudd.
Comment:
Corbyn’s integrity and humanity continues to cut through, while attacks on him look vapour-thin and desperate.

‘relative rightwing stronghold of Wales’ – not quite true SB – Wales has a long history of radicalism – the overwhelming majority of LP members voted for the Wales Labour Party deputy leader candidate in favour of OMOV
The structures of the Welsh Labour Party is somewhat at odds with the membership wishes.

Welsh Labour doesn’t even have OMOV and has a poor record in government just passing on cuts. Behind the times, has to get real.
