Palestinian justice centre links Starmer climbdown to notice of prosecution
The International Centre for Justice for Palestinians (ICJP) has followed up its letter to Tory Rishi Sunak, warning him that it will pursue prosecution of any ministers who endorse and abet Israeli war crimes, with a similar letter to ‘Labour’ leader Keir Starmer.
The letter notifies him that public statements by senior Labour politicians constitute breaches of international law and will be prosecuted:
In a Twitter/X thread accompanying the announcement, the ICJP notes that Starmer’s (panicked and incomplete) backtracking on his support for Israel cutting off food, water, energy and medical supplies to Gaza followed hot on the heels of the group’s initial notice to Sunak:
International law makes politicians personally liable for their decisions and actions in support of war crimes. Red and blue Tories alike, including Starmer, Sunak and a string of Labour front-benchers, have been loud in their support for Israel’s ‘right’ to commit its litany of illegal atrocities.

One possible peaceful solution which brings diverse humanity together is One Democratic State of Palestine which obviously would be on the old borders of Palestine from the rivers to the sea with The Right of Palestinian Refugees to Return, Respect for All Religions, and Peace to All in the Region.
Then class politics would replace ethnic tensions.
And by the way a Cabinet Minister in the Right Wing/Far Right Israeli Coalition said yesterday “When this is all over we will have a much smaller Gaza” so will the West including the UK Tory Govt and Right Wing Labour oppose this clear Land Grab?

who are on the rise is Israel and appear to have taken over some of the Govt there.
They have been on the rise over the last few years – since Netanyahu was elected
leader. The Israeli public know him for what he is and 94% of them blame him for what
happened. A typical comment is that “the IDF were out harassing the Palestinians in
the West Bank and elsewhere when they should have been looking after security.” They
want rid as soon as possible.
Kahane was convicted of terrorism several times and was elected into the Knesset once
then banned. because of his racism and extreme views. The political Party he founded was eventually banned and termed Terrorist. It appears they are now trying to rehabilitate
that Party.

“Benjamin Netanyahu, and his Likud party even entered into political agreements
with Kahane’s followers to help elect them to the Knesset (parliament), prompting

…..portray the stark consequences of the criminal support of the entire Labour Party hierarchy for the war crimes being perpetuated – as well as a complicit collective Western media (both organisational and individual ‘journalists’) which is/who are not only cheer leading this but seeking to paint anyone supporting the rights of Palestinians to self-defence or any other rights as terrorists.
Milton Mayer in his seminal piece on German Society in the nineteen thirties – “They Thought They Were Free” – lays out the complicity and responsibility of an entire society, both structurally and individually, in the crimes committed and subsequently prosecuted at Nuremberg. That the similar crimes of the self-identifying “allies” – Dresden, Nagasaki, Hiroshima among them – were not subjected to the same principles does not negate those principles.
Principles which include, as do most if not all other criminal activities, aiding and abetting those War Crimes in various forms. From not only providing material aid but also giving moral support and encouragement, seeking to excuse them, and criminalising dissent against the perpetuation of those War Crimes. At whatever level that provision occurs – leadership, middle management, rank and file.
Such aiding, abetting and support in its many forms – whether it is from Government Ministers; the top of the hierarchy of the Opposition Party’s; the Governing bodies of those Political Party’s and the individuals sitting on those bodies; individual MP’s, Councillors and other elected representatives; Civil Servants; members of the armed forces from Field Marshell’s to Private’s; members of the police and other security services; media outlets and the individual writers/employees and so on – needs to be recorded, documented and submitted to whatever National or International bodies exist who have responsibility for applying the principles set out at Nuremberg.
Keir Starmer and his front bench team have crossed the Rubicon in their original public position in this matter. A position which is in clear breach of the Party Rules LP General Secretary David Evans threatens the rest of the Party with – a clear case of the tail wagging the dog. It is a position which brings the Party into disrepute. A position which is at variance with the supposed stated values on the tin which everyone with any smidgen of common sense understands. A position which makes the Labour Party an unwelcome place for the majority of decent people who are members or potential voters.
The reported diktats from David Evans is a two way street and complaints need to flood in to the Party seeking the same expulsion sanctions for all those responsible throughout the Party that they are and have been dishing out to the rest of the rank and file. At whatever level and in whatever capacity involved.
Whether its the Government of the day, the Opposition Party’s, corporate and social media, local authorities or whatever or wherever there should be no hiding places from the consequences of supporting, aiding and abetting, encouraging, and excusing in any way shape or form the well documented War Crimes being carried out by the Elites and their cheerleaders – paid or voluntary – in this matter against the Palestinian people.
Seeing as how the principle of self-identification – at least in one very narrow form – has been shoved down everyone’s throats by the majority of those presently shilling for fascism and gaslighting the rest of us one starting point may be for a mass declaration of self-identifying as Palestinian at this coming weekends planned events?
