The MailOnline tweeted to ask permission to use his video on its website – and Nick’s responded in a fashion that those who despise the Daily Mail for its tone and content will consider little short of heroic:

He should check. I know of one person who was asked for permission as above, and before he said ‘yes’ – or ‘no’ – the video was on their website, with no credit at all. He got the thing altered in the end, so that his name was on every frame. But he had to fight for it.
