The extent to which independent left media sites like the SKWAWKBOX are framing the media narrative continues to grow. Yesterday was a mainstream media (MSM) ‘SKWAWKBOX day’, as dozens of mainstream publications in the UK and all over the world filled their pages and sites with articles based on two separate SKWAWKBOX pieces.
It’s time to push on, to increase the size of the waves (often of Establishment panic) that the independent left sites are causing – and to extend their reach even further, so more people hear a different perspective from the one the MSM will feed them.
So we want to enlist your help with a small first step.
If you are a Facebook user and follow the SKWAWKBOX, Canary, Evolve, Vox Political and similar sites on Twitter, please follow the steps below to make sure you see new articles – and that others in your wider circle are more likely to see them too:
1. Go to the official Facebook page of the site you want to follow – SKWAWKBOX’s is here.
2. Follow and like the page:
3. Click on the drop-down arrow on the ‘follow’ button to reveal the options, then select ‘See first’ and make sure ‘Notifications’ is set to ‘on’:
4. Click on the three dots to reveal the further options and select ‘invite friends’, then invite a few friends that you think will be interested to widen the reach even further.
And of course, if you’re on Twitter, #FF (follow Friday) hashtags and the like can have a similar impact on getting the word to more people.
Thanks for your help in extending the reach and impact of the independent left media even further so we can continue to upset the Establishment and its media allies.
