Breaking: Israel storms WHO building in Gaza, seizes staff as hostages

Occupation’s contempt for United Nations and international law clear again

An explosion in Deir al-Balah during the occupation’s criminal assault.

Israeli troops have invaded the World Health Organisation’s (WHO) staff residences in Deir Al-Balah, Gaza, seizing four hostages.

The troops also assaulted and humiliated the families of WHO staff, stripping, binding and questioning them at gunpoint.

Israel has continually shown its contempt for United Nations and other international agencies, repeatedly bombing headquarters and banning UNRWA, the UN’s agency for Palestinian refugees, from operating both in Gaza and in ‘Israeli’ territory, to either complete silence or at a maximum some ineffectual handwringing from colluding western governments.

    1. And doubtless that rogue state and its sponsors will argue that this is a fabrication/exaggeration with insufficient evidence to support it.

Well, what’s sauce for the goose:

      https://www.dropsitenews.com/p/un-statements-undercut-dinah-project-report-october-7-sexual-violence-claims?

“This month, the Dinah Project—an Israeli organization—published a new report widely described in Western media as a thorough look into sexual violence by Palestinian militant groups on October 7, 2023. The document, however, contains scant new evidence and largely aggregates existing reports, many of which have been discredited or called into question. Instead of marshaling new evidence, it argues that less should be needed: The report spends the bulk of its 80 pages presenting a legal argument for a lower evidentiary standard to prosecute Hamas for war crimes over the alleged systematic use of sexual violence as a weapon of war.

Prosecutors, the report argues, should not have to rely on the kind of evidence typically associated with prosecutions—witness or victim testimony, forensic reports and the like—but instead should be able to rely on “circumstantial evidence” and general deductions. And in order to find a pattern of systemic sexual violence, it should be sufficient to identify individual cases of such violence and read into them a systemic nature. Completing the circle, those individual cases need not hold up to the standards of typical prosecutions.”

The question is, given that people are being arrested on the street on the basis of a police constables subjective and overactive suspicious feelings with no real substantive objective based evidence, which is the metaphorical chicken, and which is the metaphorical egg here?

Did the Zionists in the Western proxy/spear that is Israel learn this selective approach to due process from the West, or did they teach it to our clueless cretins running this shit show?

Or is it all part of that glorious exceptionalist manifest destiny bollocks of the selectively applied for convenience “International Rules Based Order” which has infected the planet from the minority parasitic Western model and what passes for a Western culture these days?
