Israeli media have published video showing Israeli prison guards raping a Palestinian hostage at the notorious Sde Teiman detendtion facility. The full video published by Channel 12 is not shown below because of its graphic nature:
Nine Israeli troops were arrested last month for the rape, triggering a riot by a far-right mob, including government ministers, that declared the soldiers ‘holy’ and ‘heroes’ and tried to break them out of jail. The rape left the man with ruptured internal organs, lung damage and broken ribs.
Thousands of Palestinians have been arbitrarily arrested and detained, including many women and children. torture, rape and sexual violence, according to Israeli media reports, are routinely used against detainees.
The Channel 12 footage shows Palestinians lying on the floor with their eyes covered, before a group of ‘Force 100’ soldiers picks out one hostage and uses riot shields to try to cover their actions – suggesting that this abuse is a practiced routine.
Western media have not reported the story, following a pattern long seen with Israeli abuses and even the Israeli military’s and media’s admission that Israel killed ‘immense’ numbers of its own people during the 7 October Hamas raid. According to one well-connected observer, the UK media are ‘waiting for this [rape] story to disappear’:

Ive seen all this video and I am beyond horrified. A zionist told me today that politicians debated this for the victims. Apparently israel are still the victims even thou they commit henious rape. The BBC coverage of Watergate is just as appalling. Today is 50 years since President Nixon resigned in order to avoid impeachment. But the BBC shows Norma Percy’s Watergate documentary, a fairly recent interview with Woodward and Bernstein and, of course, the film “All the President’s Men”.
These works all represent the official narrative.
Let us be clear, Nixon was not forced out because of abuse of power. He was forced out because he antagonised powerful interests. Quite a number of books have been published on this subject but all have been largely ignored.
And so Nixon was forced to resign and was succeeded by JFK autopsy-falsifier Gerald Ford.
What happened 50 years ago today was really a coup organised by the CIA and the Pentagon. Compared to President Kennedy, however, Nixon was very lucky: At least he was still alive at the end of it. It could so easily have ended otherwise.
