Update: former Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn has confirmed he will attend this event, shortly after his return from Washington DC for the pro-Assange ‘Belmarsh Tribunal’ event.
Skwawkbox will be live-streaming ‘Secret Power, Media Freedom and Democracy’ on Saturday 28 January from 4pm, featuring Craig Murray, Stefania Maurizi, Jonathan Cook and Iain Overton and chaired by Deepa Driver. The event will take place at St Pancras New Church opposite London’s Euston Station and those who can get there in person are encouraged to do so, where there will also be a free exhibition of paintings from Guantanamo.
