‘Not the Marr show’ host suspended by Labour for doing his job as CLP secretary

Party’s sinister behaviour continues as Crispin Flintoff suspended for doing what his secretary role requires

Crispin Flintoff

Left-wing comedian and show host Crispin Flintoff has been suspended by the Labour party – for doing his job as a constituency Labour party (CLP) secretary.

CLP secretaries, among other duties, carry responsibility for communication to CLP members and in fact are one of the very few CLP officers entitled to access lists of member details and email addresses. So when the chair of Henley CLP resigned, it was Flintoff’s job to circulate the resignation to all party members in the constituency.

But as Flintoff, who ran the ‘Stand up for Labour’ tour events when Jeremy Corbyn was party leader and now hosts the weekly Not the Andrew Marr Show, has announced this evening, for doing that the party has suspended him.

Labour supporters have expressed their dismay at yet another sinister and Stalinist action by Labour’s right-wing regime.

    1. Try putting in a written request to Blackbaud. I’m sure they will oblige when they get our data back.

  1. Reminiscent of the final days of the third reich, the way the current shower o’shite are going about things.

  2. The craziness continues. Crispin is a great warrior for the left and the Labour Party is beyond ridiculous. Solidarity Comrade!

  3. Is suspending CLP officials now ‘official’ Starmerite policy? So many.
