This is all too late in some instances. Our local CLP have already had a meeting to chose their preferred candidates!
Far too late and so right wing candidates grasped all the available votes.

The terms ‘left’, ‘right’ and ‘centre’ have always been pretty meaningless – identification to suit the wind that’s blowing at the time.
It’s illustrated by the way the ‘left’ circles round to meet the ‘right’ when it suits – as with Brexit.
