Breaking: ‘hate’ case against Jewish woman who compared genocidal Israel to nazis falls apart

Prosecution drops charge against Israeli-Briton Yael Kahn

The prosecution has dropped its charge of supposed hate-speech against UK-based Israeli anti-Zionist activist Yael Kahn after the case apparently fell apart.

Ms Kahn was arrested in January, released after almost twenty-four hours in police detention, then re-arrested in March for her speech against Israel’s genocide and ethnic cleansing of millions of innocent Palestinians in Gaza, crimes for which Israel’s PM is wanted by the International Criminal Court and which have been condemned as genocide by the United Nations and a host of national governments and human rights organisations.

Ehud Olmert and Ehud Barak, both former Israeli prime ministers, have said that Israel is committing genocide, with Barak in July comparing Israel to the nazis after Netanyahu admitted he is creating concentration camps in Gaza – ‘concentration’ is the term used by the Israeli government, not just its critics – into which hundreds of thousands of Palestinian civilians will be forced. Netanyahu has said openly that Israel will consider anyone who refuses to enter to be terrorists and kill them.

The dropping of the charge is a stumble in the campaign of ‘Zionist without reservation’ Keir Starmer to protect Israel from accountability by waging war on those – many of them Jewish – who speak out about, write about or protest against Israel’s endless war crimes and crimes against humanity against the Palestinians, its murder of approaching half a million civilians in Gaza so far and its starvation blockade on around 1.8 million survivors. The rights and freedoms of people in Britain, even when they are Israeli Jews, is a lot less important to the Starmer regime than shoring up the genocidal rogue state occupying Palestine, but today has definitely not gone according to his police-state regime plan.
