Horrific new development as occupation plumbs digs even deeper into depravity
Israel has rightly been widely condemned for its slaughter of starving Palestinians at the so-called Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) ‘aid’ stations it is using to ethnically cleanse Gaza under the guise of supposed humanitarian aid, killing around 600 desperate civilians including many children and wounding 4,000 others. Israeli soldiers have confessed to being ordered by senior officers to open fire with tanks, machine guns and rifles at refugees forced to walk miles in the hope of receiving food after Israel’s four-month starvation blockade – and more than 130 humanitarian groups have demanded the immediate shutdown of the GHF scam.
But now Israel and its mercenaries who run the GHF centres are accused by eyewitnesses of an even greater depravity, digging and covering pits as traps for the starving, using sacks of sugar as bait – and then burying alive those who fall in so that their bodies are not found as evidence.
Palestinian writer Omar Hamad wrote of the new horror:
What happened today is one of the worst crimes ever committed…as soon as the first wave of American aid arrives, people rush to get sugar first. Today, [the occupation] deliberately placed the sugar in a separate area.
Then, they dug a deep pit just before the sugar zone, covered it with nylon, and lightly sprinkled it with dirt so that no one would see it or notice. The starving reached the sugar first, and seven
people fell into the pit.Then a bulldozer came and buried them alive.
Meanwhile, a man in his fifties was returning from the aid area, nearly collapsing. I held him, and he said to me: “I’d rather die of hunger than go back to that aid – it’s aid of death.
The allegations, though reaching new and appalling depths, are entirely in line with Israel’s conduct during the genocide so far. When the occupation executed fifteen paramedics at night as they attended an emergency – with emergency lights flashing – Israeli troops buried their victims and their ambulances in an unsuccessful attempt to hide the evidence of their crime.
And last year, when rescue workers were finally able to reach a hospital attacked and invaded by Israel, they found hundreds of bound victims buried near the building – some of whom had been alive when they were buried:
Israel is a terror state and the ‘IDF’ is its instrument of terror, yet the UK government and media are obsessing about musicians’ ‘hate’ because they called for it to be ended, and banning peaceful protest groups as ‘terrorists’.

My Representatives had a long and productive meeting with the Israelis today on Gaza. Israel has agreed to the necessary conditions to finalize the 60 Day CEASEFIRE, during which time we will work with all parties to end the War. The Qataris and Egyptians, who have worked very hard to help bring Peace, will deliver this final proposal. I hope, for the good of the Middle East, that Hamas takes this Deal, because it will not get better — IT WILL ONLY GET WORSE. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Trump can never write without using a threat. He has zero diplomatic skills, and like Starmer believes that only threats work. Uniquely, he never threatens Israel even though they are the ones committing genocide and using war crimes.
The available evidence is that reliance on drugs like hopium, Billy, have zero efficacy in terms of real world practicality.
Best you stick to counting the railings.
The devil, as always, is in the details. When/if we ever have available information as to what precisely this “final proposal” contains, we might be in a better position to assess the potential efficacy of this so-called “deal”.
However, in the context of everything which has proceeded this point in time, the fact that this is being touted as a “final proposal/deal” before anyone has even convened to discuss the matter suggests that this is more than likely to be another list of US/Trump/Deep State demands based on Total Surrender to the diktats of the US/Western oligarchy and their collapsing hegemonic empire of get obliterated back to the Stone-Age.
It is not as though we have not already witnessed this play book and MO countless times already.
Bottom Line: Only the terminally gullible or unthinking sycophantic shills for the exceptionalist TINA at all costs empire would fall for this guff.

Not sure I agree with that. NI showed that frequently force doesn’t work, and there are many other examples. In the end, all sides have to see an advantage in proposals for peace, or actions spring up again (or in the case of Iraq, the profit motive of the USA (oil and selling of weapons) resulted in the catastrophe for the world that was ISIS).
It’s the same in any and every situation, including employment and laws as well as international diplomacy, agreement is better than aggression.
