Even as it bleats about Iran’s strikes on its own cities, Israel continues to slaughter and starve Palestinians, mostly women and children, in Gaza, with the assistance of the UK government and military.

War is bad. As of June 21, 2025, the Israeli military reported that at least 24 Israeli people have been killed in Israel since the start of Iran’s retaliation bombing of it – that’s not even two-hours worth of the 377,000+ innocent Palestinians that have been slaughtered and starved by Israel in Gaza.
Ooops, it’s nearly one hour’s worth (not 2) of Israel’s murder-toll-

Interesting to note that the Israeli’s like to attack and bomb or just target places that can entail mass civilian casualties, whereas the Iranians are targeting military/ intelligence/government sites that have entailed minimal civilian casualties.
For the noises coming out of our own political class, if this were 1939, the UK would be classed as on the side of Hitler.
That is a truly shocking and deeply shameful thought.
The only good thing is that it looks as if Netanyahu has really bitten off more than he can chew this time, with ramifications that extend over much more than the Middle East.
Finally, with reports that the Israeli Air Force has had to remove its aircraft from their own airfields, to airbases in friendly neighbouring areas, would the British government allow the Israelis to launch a retaliatory nuclear bombing raid from a place such as RAF Akrotiri? We should be told, because that would, in the current era, be the Mother of All War Crimes.
Never mind no permitting Israel lunching a nuclear attack, the UK shouldn’t assist Israel in launching attacks of any sort against any neighbours whatever they are: Palestinians, Lebanese, Syrians or Iranians.
It should do what Iran did in 1993 during the 1st Gulf War when Iraq under attack, moved its fighters jets to Iran. Iran impounded them.
Does anyone here know how Israel’s nukes are delivered – ie are they dropped from the air, launched from silos/mobile launchers on land or a combination of the two?

The claim that Israel is “defending itself” in attacking Iran – promoted by France, Germany, Britain, the European Union, the G7 and the US – should be understood as a further assault on the foundational principles of international law.
The assertion is premised on the idea that Israel’s attack was “pre-emptive” – potentially justified if Israel could show there was an imminent, credible and severe threat of an attack or invasion by Iran that could not be averted by other means.
And yet, even assuming there is evidence to support Israel’s claim it was in imminent danger – there isn’t – the very fact that Iran was in the midst of talks with the US about its nuclear programme voided that justification.
Rather, Israel’s contention that Iran posed a threat at some point in the future that needed to be neutralised counts as a “preventive” war – and is indisputably illegal under international law….
Netanyahu, who is already a fugitive from the International Criminal Court, which wants to try him for committing crimes against humanity in Gaza by starving the population there, is now guilty of the “supreme international crime” too.
Not that one would know any of this from listening to western politicians or the billionaire-owned media.
There, the narrative is once again of a plucky Israel, forced to act unilaterally; of Israel facing down an existential threat; of Israel being menaced by barbaric terrorists; of the unique suffering – and humanity – of Israel’s population; of Netanyahu as a strong leader rather than an out-and-out war criminal.
It is the same, well-worn script, trotted out on every occasion, whatever the facts or circumstances. Which is clue enough that western audiences are not being informed; they are being subjected to yet more war propaganda.

Apparently Iran’s Supreme Leader froze any possibility of Iran having a nuclear weapon in 2003 as it was Un-Islamic.

Tulsi Gabbard Is A Warmongering Asshole
President Trump has twice thrown his own intelligence chief Tulsi Gabbard under the bus, repeatedly telling the press that the national intelligence director was wrong when she told Congress in March that the American spy network does not believe Iran is attempting to obtain a nuclear weapon.
To be clear, when Gabbard made this statement she was not voicing her personal opinion, she was repeating verbatim the findings laid out in the 2025 Threat Assessment of the intelligence agencies of the United States, which said “We continue to assess Iran is not building a nuclear weapon and that Khamenei has not reauthorized the nuclear weapons program he suspended in 2003, though pressure has probably built on him to do so.”
Despite this, Trump has been publicly expressing disdain for his intelligence director, flatly saying “she’s wrong” when asked about Gabbard’s testimony on Friday, and saying “I don’t care what she says” when asked the same question about Gabbard’s statement earlier this week….
Rather than push back on the president’s crude dismissal, Gabbard took to social media to tell everyone that Trump is actually right about Iran, and that everyone who thought she said Iran isn’t seeking a nuclear weapon is imagining things.
“The dishonest media is intentionally taking my testimony out of context and spreading fake news as a way to manufacture division,” Gabbard said on Twitter. “America has intelligence that Iran is at the point that it can produce a nuclear weapon within weeks to months, if they decide to finalize the assembly. President Trump has been clear that can’t happen, and I agree. My full testimony below:”
Bizarrely, Gabbard accompanied this text with a video clip of her congressional testimony in March which in no way validates anything she says in her post. Nowhere in the clip….

I wonder if any MSM in the US or Europe/UK is covering this, and calling Trump out, AND Gabbard?! I think we can be pretty certain that the vast majority of them won’t be, and quite likely not a single one of them! Hayes’s point is very straightforward in the wider context of the lawfare being used to silence not only any criticism of the propaganda narrative but also any alternative view to the TINA doctrine.
Indeed, far from being some esoteric debating point, Hayes’s argument is a serious one focusing on the very real life and death implications for any alternative voices of the present escalatory trajectory.
Beginning with the IDF attack on an Iranian TV station…..

Cook himself, along with a whole plethora of voices, would likely be viewed as a legitimate target by those in the oligarch owned and controlled Western Media cheering on these war crimes – whether in Gaza or Iran – who are doubtless sick of the existence of the existence of challenges to their bullshit narratives and those posing that challenge.
As Hayes implies, emboldened by their own exceptionalism escalating to that level is not that far away. We may even be already there.

The governmental building in Haifa which was hited 3 days ago is nowhere near the sea and the only river in Haifa is the Kishon, which isn’t near either and much smaller then what is shown in the video. And I’m wondering why Skwawbox moderation allows personal insults?
Also, until a couple of weeks ago the Skwawbox was quite precise, helpful and very informative but we are witnessing a deteriorating in the quality. Just for an example from the latest report that a third of Tel aviv, the capital of Israel (it isn’t) is in ruins – this is over the top exaggeration and put a question mark on the rest of the reports.
