Israeli violence kept quiet again by ‘mainstream’ media
An Israeli settler has thrown a grenade at the residence of the Norwegian ambassador to Israel, damaging the building but fortunately not injuring anyone. The Israeli regime has repeatedly attacked Norway for recognising Palestinian statehood and the Norwegian Sovereign Fund has divested from Israel’s energy company, while the Norwegian TUC last month voted overwhelmingly for a complete boycott of Israel.
Israeli media and international news agencies have covered the attack, but apart from the far-right GB News, no UK ‘mainstream’ media appear to have covered the attack:
The Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed the explosion took place and said that “The ministry is in contact with the embassy in Israel and no one was injured.”
UK establishment media have routinely ignored, minimised or ‘both-sidesed’ Israeli violence, demanding condemnation from Palestinian and Iranian guests while doing nothing of the sort with Israeli mouthpieces and often regurgitating Israeli propaganda without challenge or scrutiny. The regime of Keir Starmer has been equally silent and/or dishonest.

I am more interested to know if the police had arrested him without bail and has he been charged with attempted murder.
Had a Palestinian through a grenade to the home of an Israeli, the police will have shoot to kill.

The immediate thought once we heard it was the Norwegian Ministry was attacked was that, Israel has a problem with Norway’s moral standing. The alleged culprit fits into the entirely predictable nutcase category. But as Maria Vazquez says above, had it been anyone BUT an Israeli, they’d be preparing the funeral right this minute, her having died in a hail of bullets that made his body resemble a sieve.
