Huge crowd marches to remember 1948 ‘Nakba’ expelling 800,000 Palestinians – and against Israel’s starvation blockade and renewed ground invasion of Gaza

More than half a million people gathered and marched today in London to commemorate the 77th anniversary of the ‘Nakba’, the great catastrophe in which Zionist militias and British soldiers violently expelled around 800,000 Palestinians from their homes and land to create the state of Israel.
The oppression, occupation and theft of land have never stopped – and those gathered were also protesting against Israel’s starvation blockade of two million innocent Palestinians in Gaza, which has put more than 300,000 children at immediate risk of death from malnutrition, and against Israel’s renewed ground invasion through which it openly plans to annex Gaza completely, a goal that the UK ‘mainstream’ media are ignoring.
Scenes below caught by participants show the scale and determination of those demonstrating against genocide, ethnic cleansing and extermination:

Ordinary people stand with the Palestine people. The Starmer regime and its lackeys continue to stand criminally with the rogue and terror state and to wage war on those who speak out against it.

It is fantastic to see so many people stand up for justice for Palestine.
In other towns and cities, even more people marched to support Palestine and condemn Starmer’s Labour Government for its complicity in mass murder.
Labour’s support for the pariah state will not be forgotten and will never be forgiven.
An exuberant and committed demonstration. So many young people, who are challenging the status quo re the war against Palestinians and so much more.
