Occupier who has burned the people of Gaza and prevents them receiving help now wants international community to come to its aid
Israel is ‘scrambling’ for aid from the international community to combat massive wildfires near Jerusalem and Israeli military bases, with a number of governments offering help in the form of firefighting equipment, teams and pilots.
The occupation regime has been caught recycling old images from other countries to claim that the fires were started by Palestinians, but in fact security sources have admitted the blaze has spread from fires started by extremist Zionist settlers trying to burn the crops of Palestinian farmers:
Analysts have pointed out that Israel planted large forests of European species of pine tree to cover Palestinian villages destroyed during the 1948 Nakba in which some 750,000 civilians were driven out or massacred, but these are highly flammable and ill-suited for the dry climate.
Israel is now demanding help and emergency workers as it burns, but for eighteen months Israel has bombed and burned hospitals, homes and refugees in tents, killing over 200,000 civilians – all while preventing aid, aid workers and international journalists from helping or investigating those blazes, explosions and sniper murders – and murdering doctors, nurses, aid workers and emergency workers while lying to hide the crime:
If western governments want to help Israel now, they should refuse to do so without an immediate end to Israel’s starvation siege of Gaza, the mass murder of Palestinians and the endless theft of the West Bank.

Meanwhile, several countries have stepped up to assist Israel in battling the major wildfire near Jerusalem. Italy, Croatia, Spain, France, Ukraine, and Romania have sent firefighting planes to help combat the flames. Additionally, North Macedonia and Cyprus are providing water-dropping aircraft.
The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed that these foreign firefighting aircraft will be landing at Hatzor Airbase in the coming hours to support Israel’s Fire and Rescue Service. Currently, 10 firefighting planes are operating, with another eight aircraft expected to arrive throughout the day.
It is also worth noting that The Palestinian Authority also offered to send its own firefighting teams to help combat the blazes near Jerusalem, according to a security source who spoke with The Times of Israel. As of publication, Israel had not yet officially responded to the offer. PA firefighting teams have previously assisted Israel during major wildfires, including in 2010 and 2016.

For anyone who missed it, poetrymuseum made the following criticism of Jeremy Corbyn in his post (which is the first comment in that thread, posted at 4.36am):
I do not want to go into Corbyn’s lamentable failure to realise what was going on and counter it with skilful communications.
PS Just to be clear, poetrymuseum was referring to the A/S (antisemitism) black op smear campaign against Jeremy.
It’s quite amazing how many “institutions” will happily carry a smear against Corbyn or any other left-wing person/group totally evidence free. Yet if a rightwing group … the Israeli government as a glaring example … we get acres of justification for (whatever it is they are accused of … e.g. murdering children/women/journalists/herders inn the West Bank/medics/ambulances/aidworkers, totalling hundreds of thousands), or they are justified by ignoring the story completely. I no longer trust a word from the BBC or Guardian because they simply push an agenda. They have done that to themselves. It goes without saying that the RW press has been unbelievable for the last 80 years.
