Lebanese TV station’s grim report exposes murderousness of terror regime sanitised by UK govt and media
Lebanese TV station Al Jadeed has reported large numbers of bodies of victims of the Syrian regime washing ashore on Lebanon’s coast. The dead appear to be victims of the ‘HTS’ ISIS-linked regime’s slaughter of Alawites and other minorities, which has been ignored by the UK government and whitewashed by UK media:
Footage of minorites being beaten, tortured and murdered by the new Syrian regime and its sub-groups has been circulating ever since Abu Mohammed Al-Julani’s Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) militia and its allies toppled the Assad government with the help of the US, UK and Israel. Despite this abundant evidence and al-Julani’s known links with terrorist groups al-Qaeda and ISIS, UK PM Keir Starmer would only say in December that it was ‘too early‘ to remove HTS from the list of proscribed terrorist groups and has barred Syrian refugees from claiming asylum in the UK.
Al-Julani, meanwhile – despite Israel’s seizure of huge amounts of Syrian territory as a likely prelude to invading Lebanon via its border with Syria, and its mass bombing of civilians and civil and military installations – has claimed the Zionist occupation is not the country’s enemy.
