Video: Gaza nurse on duty receives call to tell him parents blown apart in Israeli airstrike

Ahmed al-Najjar’s terrible news after serving through 570 days of Israel’s genocide

Palestinian nurse Ahmed al-Najjar was working in Gaza’s Nasser hospital – which has been frequently bombed by the genocidal occupation – on Thursday when he received a call to inform him that both his parents had been murdered by Israeli bombs – and then had to go and supervise the arrival of their devastated bodies at the hospital:

At least fifty more innocent civilians were murdered by the occupation yesterday. As usual, many of them were children. Israel’s crimes in Gaza now go almost unmentioned by UK politicians and media. It must not be forgotten or normalised.
