Settler-colonialist terror regime determined to provoke regional conflict with threat of invasion after killing and wounding hundreds more Lebanese today
Israel’s military chiefs have told its forces to prepare for a ground invasion of Lebanon, as the far-right settler-colonial regime seeks the regional war that it expects will bring the US directly into the conflict, which many of Israel’s generals think is the only hope it has of winning. Reports in Israeli media of senior military personnel saying Israel has lost its war on Gaza have proliferated in recent months.
The announcement of preparation for a ‘possible’ invasion comes on a day that at Israel killed least fifty-one more Lebanese people wounded well over two hundred, in addition to the hundreds slaughtered and thousands maimed in bombing attacks since Monday – and the thousands of murders and maimings in Israel’s two-wave terrorist assault using booby-trapped pagers and radios last week. Most of the victims this week, and many last week, have reportedly been civilians, including many women and more than fifty children.
Israeli ministers have called for the ‘annihilation’ of Lebanon in a ‘Gaza 2’ operation – clear incitement to genocide, as Israel’s war crimes in Gaza continue to mount and two million people face starvation, with as many as 200,000 already killed and many more maimed.

The Israelis ran out of missiles in 06. We will have to wait and see. Ukraine, Taiwan,600 bases etc. US will be more prepared but the stage is bigger even with German, UK assistance. This will be nasty time for diplomacy. Oops I forgot that word is obsolete.

Israel won’t fight a ground war in Lebanon, the only way that works for them is if it brings in the Yanks when they see them losing
