Galloway and agent call police, Returning Officer after breaches
A Rochdale polling station clerk has been sacked on the spot after Workers Party GB candidate George Galloway and his election agent spotted rule breaches apparently designed to help ‘Labour’ candidate Azhar Ali.
Labour canvassers were being allowed to speak to voters inside the station and people were being allowed to cast votes without ID, at one station in a usually strong Labour area. Police were called and the Returning Officer summoned, who sacked at least one clerk. However, it is not known how many suspect votes had been cast or whether other stations were similarly affected.
Azhar Ali was disowned by Labour over comments about Israel in what many consider a desperate bid to counter Galloway’s reputation for solidarity with Muslims and Palestinians. Voting closes at 10pm tonight.

I was watching the count on the BBC News Channel from around 2.00am onwards, and the first thing that happened after the coverage finally returned to the studio (after George’s speech etc), was the presenter reading out a statement by the CAA in relation to George winning. Yep, the Zionist propagandists wasted no time in getting their fascist oar in!
And when I did a search about an hour after the result was announced to see if the MSM had posted about the result yet (and many of them HAD), quite a few of them were quoting the B/S by the CAA, including a few local and regional newspapers that I checked out as well, that came up in the search results, that is. And the DMs propagandists were very quick off the mark in the comments section smearing George every-which-way they could think of (and giving them lots of Likes so they stay at, or near the top of the comments), of which there were nearly 400 within an hour of the article being posted. A bit off topic, but just one more example of how the media lie and distort. So I was doing a search to ascertain when Azhar Ali said what he said about Israel letting the Hamas attack happen etc (it was mentioned in an article I read a couple of weeks ago, but I didn’t really take it in except that it was before Xmas), and this LBC article came up in the results in which it says the following:

So in the authors version of reality, Ali is so stupid that he thinks Israel used the October 7th attack as a pretext to attack Gaza.

Yesterday I got in my car and drove to Rochdale (about 40 miles away).
I spent the day “knocking-up” for George Galloway in the Rochdale by election.
We were well-received.
There was enthusiasm.
I’m sure there was joy when the result was announced.
I come from Rochdale.
It was going back home for me.
What was revealing to me was how poverty-stricken the streets around Oldham Road looked.
There were many Asian people (mostly of Pakistani origin).
They clearly knew what they were voting for.
They clearly knew that they were voting against.
Galloway’s leaflet said:
