Four-hour halt to bombing is explicitly to clear Palestinians out more efficiently
Israel and the US have dreamed up an ethnic cleansing acceleration measure dressed as a ‘humanitarian pause’ – but the planned four-hour ‘daily pause’ in the deadly bombing of civilians is only and explicitly so that the population can more rapidly and efficiently be moved out of the area that few now doubt Israel intends to annex permanently.
Plans leaked weeks ago of Israel’s ultimate goal of the forced transfer of the entire Gazan population out of Gaza entirely into a ‘tent city’ in the Egyptian desert. The so-called humanitarian pause is a cynical manoeuvre to allow Israel to deflect some of the massive grassroots international outrage at its actions while achieving its goal more quickly.
Labour leader Keir Starmer, like the blue-Tory Rishi Sunak, has been in self-confessed ‘lock-step’ with US president Biden and his collusion in the genocide of Gazan Palestinians – and now he has the ‘pause’ he has insisted is better than a real ceasefire – at least for Israel and its cheerleaders.

Yes Steve, this is what this amounts to. A cynical ploy to allay growing global dismay at Israel’s barbaric sadistic battering of a territory with no army of it’s own & which has been cut off from water, food, fuel & medicines by one of the best-equipped armies in the world, thanks to the US. This is one of the most one-sided assaults on an entire society that the world has ever known. A genocide par excellence for which all powers in the world must uphold the UN Charter & invade Gaza to destroy Israel’s vicious hate-fuelled genocide.
To be followed by Nuremberg style War Crimes trials and appropriate sentences for those who not only perpetuated these War Crimes but also all those in the political and media class who have and continue to be complicit in aiding and abetting those War Crimes.
Nuremberg-style trials and retribution were imposed by victorious “Allies” in the 1940’s. Point is, in the 2020s American Hegemony is unlikely to want such a thing.

It was actually the Russians who pushed for trials. The allies weren’t all that interested. Many shady things went on during those trials. One glaring example was how many industry captains sentenced to hard time were released within months to “rebuild* Germany. Another interesting titbit is just how many Nazi era officers led NATO…

Truman is given most credit for Nuremberg, but, he admitted privately and to to biographers, that at the Yalta Conference it was Stalin who insisted upon it .
Even with all of the global disorders we witnessed this is the most vile. Starmer cannot walk his evil words back. I genuinely cannot remember being so distressed by the actions of our species. Agreeing to deprive people of water food during a military assault its unfathomable.

But couldn’t Israel just take the gas and oil anyway, just like they stole their country in the first place and made them prisoners within it?
Anyway, something just occurred to me: that even though it transpired that Biden lied about seeing pictures of Hamas beheading babies, surely if such pictures actually existed, he would have been told they did, and THAT would have been made clear by either Biden or his spokesperson. But it wasn’t, and so contrary to what Rachael Riley said on Newsnight the Tuesday before last – ie that she (and many people she knew} had seen video footage of Hamas doing so – such pictures/video footage obviously doesn’t exist, and it doesn’t exist of course because it never happened.

If any of them came out and said no exporting of oil until there is a ceasefire, we’d get a ceasefire right away. Also apprently Turkey is allowing pipelines to Israel to pass through their country .
Now as the film has exposed natural gas and oil off the Gaza coast is the main reason for the genocide, the silence of NATO and the vile response to it of the EU/ EU president.
Clearly governments throughout the world have turned a blind eye to the Holocaust in Gaza and Palestine because just like the Holocaust during WW2 power ,greed and the acquisition of wealth (via the theft of natural gas and oil in this case) are the main reasons .
Apparently, something like 22% of the ‘Worlds’* oil passes through the Straits of Hormuz. With the Russian Federation controlling around a similar percentage.
In the event of the Iranians cutting off this supply by blocking the Straits oil prices would likely rise considerably – which would certainly benefit oil producers like Saudi Arabia and the RF.
According to Warren Buffet, US business magnate, investor and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, should oil reach $1,000 a barrel it would trigger a collapse of the $1.2 quadrillion US derivatives market which would result in a market crash worse than that of 1933 Weimar Germany.
What might be termed a Financial Weapon of Mass Destruction.
The question then becomes one of whether of not the US have the military capacity – vis a vis missile range advantage over Iran – to keep the Straits of Hormuz open?

I understand it’s the Gas Derivatives Market that is the one that is panicking NATO Countries. The West knows that the BRICS bloc could destroy the West’s economy overnight by upping the wholesale gas price thereby making these forward contracts valueless or of a negative value. That would destroy most financial centres in a very short time.
Again that’s why ALL THE WESTERN NATO countries refuse to call for a ceasefire in Gaza. They want to eradicate the entire Palestinian population to get at the gas, and it’s urgent for them. And if the Palestinians refuse to evacuate they would literally massacre them all.
Russia has played this Derivative market brilliantly, they know exactly what they’re doing.
