UK media curiously quiet about demo that contradicts Establishment narrative
Thousands of US Jews have staged a blockade and sit-down at the US Congress to demand an end to Israel’s ‘genocide’ of Gazan Palestinians and say they will not leave until lawmakers support a ceasefire.
Video shows Jews, including rabbis, chanting ‘Ceasefire now’ – and the Jewish Voice for Peace group has denounced in unequivocal terms the ‘ongoing genocide’ and ‘murder’ being perpetrated on occupied Palestinians:
Unsurprisingly, given the UK political-media class’s narrative that all Jewish people are pro-Israel and that Israel is only exercising its ‘right to defend itself’, this mass show of support by Jewish people for Palestinians and their condemnation of mass murder by the Israeli government has been largely ignored by UK press and broadcasters.
