Labour seeking new Director of Comms

The Labour Party is seeking a new Director of Communications. The role will function as a deputy to Jeremy Corbyn’s Executive Director of Strategy and Communications, Seumas Milne:

The role is permanent for as long as Corbyn remains Labour leader. While not a formal requirement for the role, it’s vital that it goes to a capable and well-qualified candidate with genuine left-wing politics, who will be fully behind Labour’s vision and direction.

  1. If I wasn’t so old!
What an opportunity, to work directly, with a great leader like Jeremy Corbyn!

  2. The post that needs to be urgently filled with ‘…capable and well-qualified candidate with genuine left-wing politics’ is the position of General Secretary.

  3. If only I wasn’t so old…
and had a clue what a Director of Communications actually did.

If only they really were ‘looking to recruit a Dire” I might just skate in.
If it wasn’t for the dogging and the skeletons 🙁
