Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn and Shadow Health Secretary Jonathan Ashworth will address a major NHS rally in London on the evening of Thursday 25 January.
The need to raise awareness and support is even greater after Theresa May’s inclusion yesterday of social care in Jeremy Hunt’s title. The defunding of social care – already part of Hunt’s brief – is one of the fundamental causes of the collapse of the NHS.

I hope he talks about democratising the NHS as well as not just giving it money (which is ours anyway) from a centralised, moribund bureaucratic Government organisation run mainly by Civil Service Mandarins whose only real loyalty to the Honours System which generally, with some exceptions only serves to a small, rich elite!
