Last week, in order to render the site more readable, the SKWAWKBOX changed its WordPress plan to remove the majority of advertising content placed there by WordPress.
So positive was the feedback on the change that we’ve made a further change to our plan that should remove WordPress advertising from the site altogether, to optimise its readability and the reach of the articles, so people get to hear what they might not elsewhere. We hope you’ll approve!

I’ve been reading The Skwawkbox for a few weeks, now, and I’m impressed with what you’re digging-out. However, I’m boycotting things like PayPal, so you’ll have to offer another way to support you. I would donate if I saw you at an event. What events do you go to? I think that The Skwawkbox very much deserves a stand at left-wing conferences and such. I hope to see you and your stand one day.

At present I am a pensionless pensioner (62+) expected to survive on £25pw. But, when that pension finally kicks in, 3+ years to go, I shall be spreading it about to good effect, don’t you worry!
