“Troubled families tsar” admits there aren’t 120,000 troubled families

I wrote 10 months ago (see http://skwawkbox.org/2012/06/12/the-tory-demonisation-fetish-and-just-what-is-a-problem-family-33/) that the Tories were cynically lying to us about the supposed existence of 120,000 so-called ‘problem families’, and in the process were victimising the disabled, the poor and the mentally ill. Now the ‘troubled families Tsar’ has finally admitted it.
