Apple Maps is papering over Israel’s complete devastation of Gaza. The business has replaced maps showing Gaza’s actual condition with satellite shots that pre-date the occupation’s genocide and mass destruction of the open-air prison camp:
Apple continued to show Gaza’s pre-genocide layout even after Google updated its high-res maps to show reality. It appears to have briefly acknowledged the destruction, before switching back to the old images:
Israel is a terror state. But it is only able to be a terror state because western governments and corporations enable it.
