Breaking: explosions on Iran’s Qeshm island after aircraft spotted

A new US-Israel attack on Iran appears to be underway, with at least five night-time explosions on Iran’s Qeshm island. Some observers reported aircraft flying over the island, which lies just off the coast of mainland Iran, at the time.

Al Jazeera has reported on the apparent attack:

Mid-term desperation?

The attacks may be an attempt by the Trump regime to shore up support ahead of tomorrow’s US mid-terms, in which analysts predict a congress drubbing for the Republicans and potentially even the heavy loss of the senate, while Trump is planning denial and fraud allegations to try to cover up or deny the loss.

Similarly, with Benjamin Netanyahu currently unable to form a government after a poor performance in last week’s Israeli ‘elections’, Netanyahu may have ordered the attack in a bid to form a war-time ‘unity government’ with assistance from Trump.

But the attack may also be a prelude to massively-increased US aggression once polling booths close in the mid-terms, as Trump lashes out and tries to divert attention from the electoral beating he anticipates.

Whichever of the pair is behind it, the world is suffering because of the preening egos and desperation of two monsters.
