Reports in Brazil and Israel have confirmed that Mossad agents organised failed fascist presidential candidate Flavio Bolsonaro’s escape from Brazilian justice.

In fact, agents from the spy agency were inserted into Brazil six days before Bolsonaro’s election loss, in readiness. The involvement of at least one, supposedly ‘ex’ Mossad agent had been public knowledge since immediately after Bolsonaro’s flight via Argentina, with the assistance of fascist Argentine president Javier Milei. The seizure of Bolsonaro’s passport had been ordered by a Brazilian judge to prevent his escape from corruption and money-laundering investigations.
After he was welcomed to the US by the Trump regime, Israel-supporter Bolsonaro promptly claimed to be the rightly-elected president of Brazil. However, the claim was so resoundingly mocked in Brazil that he appears to have walked back that claim, instead saying he will lead the ‘opposition’ from exile.
Israel is a terror state and it helped its fellow fascist run for cover to another far-right stooge.

Fascists helping fascists has an historical precedent. In 1936 the fascist regime of Mussolini using its air force, enabled Franco to fly his Africa corps to mainland Spain where they committed genocide against a defenceless civilian population eventually overthrowing a legitimately elected republican government and ushering in a 35 year fascist dictatorship. In 1937 the Nazis bombed Guernica in the first aerial bombardment of civilians in the modern age, an event immortalised in Picasso’s painting of the same name. There is currently an election campaign underway in Spain with the socialist Pedro Sanchez on one side, and PP/Vox representing the nearest thing to fascism since Franco – sadly the opinion polls suggest they will get in. That is an alarming possibility but it is amusing to see PP/Vox supporters going into meltdown about a viral video of Pedrfo Sanchez standing front of Picasso’s Guernica, making an eloquent election political point. Their is a different between right wing politicians (PP) and fascist politicians (VOX). We need to be clear of the difference. However, you are correct that right wing politicians are always ready to back up fascism rather than socialism. It was evident in France at the last general elections during the last leg. When the two candidates in the contest were La France Insumise and the National Rally, Macron’s supporters voted mainly for the National Rally’s candidate. In contrast Melenchon supporters when the choice was between the National Rally and Reinaissance (Macro’s Party) they voted mainly for Reinaissance or abstained to vote. Melenchon publicly stating to his supporters “no a single vote for Mme Le Pen” while Macron kept quiet.

What is worse they are gaining strength. I am hoping we can pull another disappointment in Spain and keep a progressive government. For once I don’t believe Junts will get 7 seats in Cataluña, probably it will lose 1 o 2 to ERC or Frente Amplio. The solidarity towards Junts has somehow lost its shine after Junts refused to vote in favour of the Housing Reforms. I still remembering people here defending Junts. I said at the time and I said again Junts is a right wing political party. Again to be differentiated from Alianza Catalana that is a fascist party.
