The University of Oxford has agreed to let the university’s far-right Reform UK group use its Harris Lecture Theatre for an evening with white supremacist Nathan Cofnas. Cofnas is the racist eugenicist whose comments triggered the media hounding to death of Black Cambridge professor Jason Arday. The event will ask “Is DEI [action to improve equality] undermining further education?”
Cofnas, an ardent, US-backed Zionist, lost his job at Oxford’s rival Cambridge University after claiming that Black people are intrinsically less intelligent than White and Jewish people. He has also been suspended by Ghent university after Skwawkbox exclusively revealed that his university colleagues had critiqued his work as a sinister, white supremacist ‘flood of shit’ – and Cofnas himself as unqualified for the university role he had been given.
Always the victim
In typical Zionist manner, Cofnas continued to play the victim even after Arday’s death. He claimed that a vigil commemorating Arday was in fact an “anti-Cofnas hate rally” that might murder him if he were in London.
Arday’s former students and colleagues condemned the university’s lack of adequate response and demanded the resignation of the responsible vice-chancellor.
Now, even after his death, British institutions continue to treat Jason Arday with contempt and Oxford has proven its willingness to enable Arday’s racist persecutor and his far-right supporters.
