Iran had moved sites long ago, according to reports as ‘Epstein-lister’ pushes world close to war or new Great Depression – and explosions across Israel as Iran retaliates

The US has attacked three Iranian ‘nuclear facilities’ overnight, hailed by US president Donald Trump as a great success – but the sites were empty, according to local reports, having been evacuated – and their stocks and equipment moved – ‘some time ago’ to new facilities deep underground in anticipation of the US attack.

Trump, a known close friend of deceased paedophile and alleged Israeli spy Jeffrey Epstein and who was accused weeks ago by former ally Elon Musk of appearing in the withheld Epstein Files, capitulated to Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu’s demands to attack Iran directly. The bombing puts all US interests, including military bases, in the region at risk and makes opens the door to a complete blockade of US and US-allied shipping by Iran in the Straits of Hormuz, a combination that could lead to a second ‘Great Depression’ collapsing the global economy.

The attack is completely illegal under US and international law, bypassing the US Congress which has exclusive power to declare war under the US Constitution.

Iran has already begun retaliating against Israel this morning, with multiple missile strikes on Israeli targets:

Targets in both Israeli capital Tel Aviv and the port of Haifa have been hit this morning. Douglas MacGregor, a former senior US military officer turned author has reported that a third of Tel Aviv had been laid waste before today’s strikes:

US crowds chanted ‘No more war’ after Senator Bernie Sanders told them of Trump’s illegal attack:
Iran had already threatened to include the nineteen US bases in the region in its retaliation if the US attacked it directly. It is not yet clear whether they UK, as it usually does, assisted in the US bombing raid, but the Starmer regime has continually assisted Israel in its war on Iran and Gaza.

And our devastatingly dim-witted PM demanded that Iran “return” to negotiations …. he seems to be far from aware his own foreign secretary (vying with him for being the most dim-witted person in government) was actually negotiating with Iran just two days ago!! Iran never left negotiations! When is he going to demand (with force) on Israel’s genocide?
As Always, Blackadder spot on. You only to make small changes with names of countries to have a complete summation of the current situation …
Edmund: Well, possibly. But the real reason for the whole thing was that it was too much effort not to have a war.
George: By Golly, this is interesting; I always loved history…
Edmund: You see, Baldrick, in order to prevent war in Europe, two superblocs developed: us, the French and the Russians on one side, and the Germans and Austro-Hungary on the other. The idea was to have two vast opposing armies, each acting as the other’s deterrent. That way there could never be a war.
Baldrick: But this is a sort of a war, isn’t it, sir?
Edmund: Yes, that’s right. You see, there was a tiny flaw in the plan.
George: What was that, sir?
Edmund: It was bollocks.
I’ll be surprised if US soldiers don’t start coming home in body bags pretty soon, once Iran has laid waste to the American military’s Middle Eastern bases…
Let’s hope our’s don’t owing to the personal shortcomings of our own PM!
Then again, time is on Iran’s side. If they keep on lobbing missiles into Israel, then Israel’s Iron Dome will pretty soon run out of ammo.
Trump’s credibility as a good-faith deal-maker is now shot to pieces. Nobody’s going to trust him in future. Any further requests to him from Bibi for missile defence will be a tough sell for him to put to his base, many of whom voted for him due to his No More Wars stance.
He may prioritise keeping them onside (particularly as calls grow for his impeachment) ahead of demands from his Zionist donors, whom Trump may reckon have, by now, had their money’s worth.
The previous time Israel attacked Iran, in self defence and in a retaliation plus as a demonstration of the impact of its missiles, Iran took out some US facilities but pre-warned the Americans so their personnel could get out in time.
It is claimed the US returned the favour warning Iran so perhaps the US attacked an empty site too?
Was this Performative (?) a “Show Bombing” to make Trump look good amongst his base plus Western Lightweight Leaders who jump to the US tune?
Perhaps these are the games bourgeois politicians play but the political reality is the US wants a share (as does much of the West) of the profits from Israel’s land theft of Gaza and other Arab land (A Greater Israel) plus from their oil+gas resources & a possible new canal in The Levant.
As well as of course feeding the profits of their arms Merchants of Death.
Meanwhile we socialists would call for peace & a Free Multi-Ethnic Democratic State of Palestine from the rivers to the sea & it could then exploit its own resources to benefit world trade + to care for its diverse citizens.
There is a critically thought out alternative to the Western Capitalist intellectually lazy consistent use of violence.
Yours in Peace.
