Occupation slaughters people queuing for food, refugees in tents in ‘safe’ zones and Gaza’s wrecked hospitals
As Israel bleats about blast damage to an Israeli hospital standing next to a military installation bombed by Iran, shamelessly describing it as ‘barbaric’, the occupation continues to inflict daily, deliberate horrors on innocent civilians in Gaza desperately trying to find food, or seeking shelter and treatment in Gaza’s hospitals – every one of them wrecked by deliberate, repeated attacks for more than a year and a half. Dozens have been murdered and hundreds wounded just in the last twenty-four hours:
Wounded children arrive at what’s left of the Baptist Hospital after Israel bombed crowds of refugeesin the street.
A wounded survivor describes how Palestinians were shelled and shot at the so-called ‘Gaza Humanitarian Foundation’ camp in Khan Younis after being told to come forward for food.
Footage filmed by Palestinians showed part of yesterday’s ‘aid station’ attack:
So many were killed in the Khan Younis attack that bodies were brought to Nasser hospital in the scoops of diggers (video by Palestinian film-maker Soliman Farra):
More than a hundred and forty people were massacred by Israel yesterday, with at least another thirty already today.
A father weeps over his son, murdered as he searched for food.
The slaughter exposes yet again the UK media’s gross hypocrisy and their treatment of Palestinian lives as far less valuable than Israeli:

Palestinians who stayed home hungry were not safe either. These children were wounded and others murdered in a massive airstrike on their homes in Jabalia, northern Gaza:
The scale of the Jabalia bomb was huge, targeted a civilian area:
Whole families were murdered by airstrikes on their tents in al-Mawasi, supposedly an Israeli-designated ‘safe zone’:

The bombings again burned innocent Palestinians in their tents:

At least fourteen were slaughtered in Israel’s bombing of the Shati refugee camp, many burned to death or horrifically injured:
The UK’s ‘mainstream’ media is all too happy to ignore these atrocities while focusing on Iran’s retaliation against Israel for its attacks on Iranian civilians. We must not forget or be silent.

https://eir.news/2025/06/news/britain-moves-to-snap-the-trap-shut-on-trump-putin-moves-to-pry-it-open/
“The British Empire is reveling in the fact that Trump walked right into their trap and is now stuck in it, by approving, and likely participating in, Israel’s sneak attack on Iran in the early hours of June 13. As a June 18 statement of the full Editorial Board of Financial Times put it, if the U.S. doesn’t now use its “bunker busters” against Iran, the country’s nuclear program is liable to survive. On the other hand, “direct American involvement would risk sucking the U.S. into … an escalating conflict that would destabilize the whole region—and beyond.”
Two former heads of Britain’s MI6 are urging Trump to act, and act now—which they believe would snap the trap shut. “I think the Americans should frankly get on with it and get it over with,” Sir John Sawers, former Chief of MI6 from 2009-2014, stated in remarks to Chatham House, June 19. And Sir Richard Dearlove, MI6 Chief from 1999-2004, cheerily forecast that “regime change is in the cards for Iran,” and that this would be “the sort of last chapter in a shift of the tectonic plates in the Middle East.”
A happy by-product, from the standpoint of the British Empire, would be the demise of the Trump presidency—which the British have been avidly working on achieving, by hook and more often by crook, since the fabricated Steele dossier of 2016, and before—and the destruction of the United States as a Constitutional republic.”
Mmm, Dave. Surprised you put any store – or take seriously – and cite the Executive Intelligence Review (EIR), a publication associated with Lyndon LaRouche and his political movement. It is described as having far-right and extremist political views, with LaRouche’s organization being characterized as a neo-fascist or fascist group conspiracy theorists.
That’s the point, qwerty.
There are a variety of players/factions in this ‘game’ (on ALL sides]. It is always useful to know not only what they are thinking, but also how they are interpreting events to push or influence the narrative as well as the policy..
Meanwhile, here’s another interesting take:
https://rogerboyd.substack.com/p/why-iran-the-context-and-the-consequences
“……Trump is a passing phenomenon to be dealt with during the secular decline of the West. They (The Multipolarists) win if Trump decides to intervene directly (with the West sucked into a Middle Eastern quagmire and possibly engulfed in an economic and financial maelstrom while further losing support in the rest of the world) and win if he doesn’t (with Iran and BRINCISTAN growing stronger while Israel is thrown into domestic crisis and with the Trump administration in conflict with the Zionist donor class); they will not become directly involved in the conflict. Trump and the West have walked themselves into a trap with no positive outcome available.
Fundamentally, the US and its Western vassals are faced with a defeat or a defeat; a conundrum. Made worse by the very real possible issue of a financial collapse given the probable closure of the Straits of Hormuz and the prospect of yet more massive debt-fuelled US government war spending. Will the losing struggle of the West to maintain its dominance take on an even greater military aggression, to add to the Ukraine proxy war and the Zionist genocide? Or will it maintain its somewhat peaceful progress? For Israel there is an existential threat as a continued campaign without direct Western intervention is simply not tenable, especially given the Iranian intelligent slow-bleed strategy, while an ending of its attacks upon Iran may very well bring the fall of the government and a more intense stage of internal conflict. Its only positive option is US and Western direct intervention, and that is why the US Zionist donor network is being utilized to the hilt as the foreign interference operation (along with AIPAC etc.) that it is.”
Some of the videos embedded in this piece are also interesting.
Off Topic: NO better care, just EASY-PEASY Assisted Dying. This is the “best”
centrist Labour can achieve. Despicable!!
The assisted dying Bill is back – and if anything, it’s worse – and now it’s law.
Blair and Starmer complicit in the deaths of more innocents in the Middle East. How do we stop them?
Campaigns and political pressure against UK involvement in an ilegal war with Iran are intensifying. Starmer’s been told by IHRC (Islamic Human Rights Commission) to avoid dragging the UK into a direct military confrontation. FFS his own Attorney General Richard Hermer has told him that any UK military involvement must be strictly defensive to remain within legal boundaries – so wait for a GIGANTIC ‘weapons of mass destruction’-level lie to ferment in the press and the wretched erik armrest will join Blair in the warmongers hall of fame.
I’m thinking of writing to my (labour (ino)) MP and letting him know that I distrust Starmer on Iran (Ukraine/Israel/covid/ assisted dying, etc, etc), so much, m tempted to campaign against Labour (including the guy I’d be writing to) in the future. What more can we do?
