An Israel supporter, reportedly part of a group of thirty-five ‘hasbarists’ allowed into the UK last week led by anti-Palestinian propagandist Yoseph Haddad, has been caught on camera hurling abuse at a group of young current and former students at London’s School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) as they stood in a peaceful protest against Israel’s genocide of hundreds of thousands of civilians in Gaza:

Breaking news last week Josef Hadad flew into London with 35 former IOF. They then organised a protest against students at SOAS. Whilst students were gathered in a small group talking they were approached by this man. A few brave students stood between the man and the gathered group of students to form A peaceful shield.
Questions need to be asked. Why were they let into the country? Why were they allowed to form in a group to intimidate students? Why did the police just watch on? Why is nobody talking about this?
Despite Israel’s genocide and other crimes in Gaza and the occupied West Bank, Keir Starmer’s UK government has refused to say it will act on the International Criminal Court’s warrant and arrest Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu if he enters UK territory. Starmer has freely allowed Israeli military figures and propagandists into the UK and last year even gave special immunity to an Israeli general and his entourage to allow him entry to the UK, where he held secret talks with government officials. Starmer is also waging a ‘lawfare’ war of arrests, raids, harassment, intimidation and criminalisation against peaceful anti-genocide protesters, and on journalists and activists, many of them Jewish, who expose Israel’s crimes.

Supporters of Palestinian rights are the ‘terrorists’ according to HMG and its police. Can the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights reasonably expect their war crimes dossier to be acted on? I highly doubt it.
