Justice group already put Starmer and co on notice of legal action, now ‘Global 195’ coalition will pursue war criminals in UK and around the world
The International Centre for Justice for Palestinians has announced that it will launch private prosecutions against UK citizens who assist the Israeli occupation in its genocide in Gaza – whether by joining the Israeli military or in any other capacity, with the first prosecutions to be announced within weeks. And as part of the newly-launched ‘Global 195’ – a worldwide legal coalition dedicated to holding accountable Israeli and dual national individuals alleged to have committed war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza – it will pursue Israeli war criminals wherever they try to hide.
And the targets of its prosecutions are likely to include Keir Starmer, David Lammy and other UK politicians like them who have provided political cover and direct military and financial support for Israel’s genocide, which has murdered more than 200,000 Palestinian civilians, mostly women and children, and has resumed more intensively than ever after Israel manufactured the collapse of the sham ceasefire that it breached daily and never intended to honour.
The launch event this week in London announced the global prosecution plan – but the ICJP warned Starmer directly as long ago as October 2023, as Isael’s genocide was just getting underway, that it was going to pursue him and his cohort if they colluded in it:

Dave – As with Netanyahu I am quite happy for the ICC to decide Putin’s fate based on the evidence put before the court, aren’t you?
As for evidence, well given that Putin (like his ex buddy Netanyahu) already has an outstanding arrest warrant against him and the very large number of war crimes and crimes against humanity investigations that are already underway documenting the evidence against Putin and Russia I doubt very much that a paucity of evidence will be a problem.
