Starmeroid ‘Ben in Rushcliffe’ backtracks after outrage, claims didn’t know there was a pager attack
East Midlands Keir Starmer and Israel fan ‘Ben in Rushcliffe’ – perhaps an official party representative, although his exact identity is unclear from his profile, with some suggesting he works for Rushcliffe council, though this is far from confirmed and a council employee would be expected to maintain public political neutrality – has provoked outrage by posting a call for left-wing Muslim MP Zarah Sultana, a strong critic of Israel and advocate of Palestinian freedom and human rights, to receive a pager in an apparent reference to Israel’s terrorist attack on Lebanon using exploding pagers and radios:

The comment caused widespread disgust and calls for the police to investigate the apparent threat or incitement:

The Starmeroid activist responded to the backlash by deleting his post and claiming that he had never heard of the Israeli pager attack, which was global news at the time it took place, and that his comment was not a reference to it, although ‘Pager to @zarah’ seems a non-sequitur if stripped of that meaning. Certainly those who read his excuse seemed unequivocally scornful:

‘Rushcliffe’, who has also complained that supporters of Jeremy Corbyn are not ‘kind’, then locked his account to hide his X feed. However, some remnants remain as screenshots suggesting both a familiarity with Israel-Gaza and a distinct defence of Keir Starmer’s collusion in Israel’s genocide and his abuse of the party’s left-wingers:

‘Rushcliffe’, however, has not yet, at the time of writing, locked the gushingly pro-Starmer ‘LabourPost’ account he runs on X:

Israel’s terrorist attack using booby-trapped pagers and radios killed and maimed thousands in Lebanon, including children. Pro-Israel groups and apologists have frequently used the mention of, or actual pagers, in an attempt to threaten and intimidate anti-genocide activists, for example the US pro-Israel group ‘Betar’, which has tried to push pagers onto advocates of Palestinian human rights, including many Jews – most notably the Jewish academic Norman Finkelstein:
UK police under the Starmer regime have been slow to take any action against threats and abuse by the Labour right, while the party has protected racists and abusers, even sexual abusers – but the regime is waging a ‘lawfare’ war of intimidation and harassment against left-wingers by misusing anti-terror laws to raid, intimidate, imprison and prosecute those who expose and resist Israel’s genocide and war crimes in Gaza and neighbouring countries.
Because of the uncertainty around his identity, Skwawkbox has been unable to contact ‘Rushcliffe’ for comment. The Labour party, which has a long and entrenched record of unpunished Islamophobia, has been asked whether it will take any action but is not expected to respond.

The odds of smarmerite labour making any sort of response are the same as wee steven h’s goats giving birth to his children.
Smarmerite labour aren’t gonna stop the rampant islamophobia, and the wee gobshite isn’t gonna stop trying to produce fauns.
…And the old bill won’t stop either.
Meanwhile inflation jumps to 3%**
“Better future”, innit?
**3% is bollocks. Ain’t nothing in the shops & supermarkets hasn’t gone up by at least 50% over the last 3 or 4 years.
And we hear all sorts of excuses. Take eggs, for example. We were told it was due to avian flu a couple of years back, and there was a shortage/ration on eggs.
…Which was only temporary until hen stocks could recover, then the prices would come back down.
Well the avian flu came & went. The stocks of egg laying hens came back, but the opposite happened with the prices.
And remember the shortage of (some kinds of) veg – cos of the cold weather in Spain?
Same again – “prices will drop as soon as they start producing again, and the shelves are restocked”.
Nope. They STILL went up.
And don’t get me started on the milk cartel…
IIRC someone was jailed for 12 weeks just a few days ago for inciting violence against Jess Philips in a tweet.
#TwoKierPolicing
Meaning is clear.
Sultana is one of the best.
Labour now needs to take action against this.
Ben Bradley Nottingham council??
I think Ben Bradshaw who resigned as Nottinghamshire County Council’s leader a while ba3ck is a Conservative politician. BenInRushcliffe comes across as a Labour member
If Zarah or anyone in the party knows who he is, I hope they pursue an apology and more through the party.
Coventry MP Zarah Sultana still suspended as other MPs reinstated to Labour. Still suspended, a Moslem and pro-Palestine – this is a test of Starmer as a leader and Labour as a inclusive political party. I wonder how many MSM journalists see it that way.
Zarah deserves better. She will always stand up for the most vulnerable in our society. The Starmer party that is ‘Labour’ in name only is punishing her for doing so.
Oooops, you’re right jillazzouz- Ben Bradley, not ‘Bradshaw’, my mistake, but Bradley was a Tory councillor. BenInRushcliffe presents himself as a right-wing Labour member.
