Fake ‘2020’ copyright added to human rights org’s footage showing skulls with bullet wounds discovered as families returned to northern Gaza
An Israeli propagandist has tried and failed to discredit video footage and images that appear to show the remains of executed Palestinians, discovered by family members on their return to their home areas.
Muhammad Shehada, communications chief of human rights organisation Euro Med Monitor, posted footage and images of skeletal remains showing bullet wounds to skulls apparently dumped in the street after Israel’s – so far partial – withdrawal from Gaza following the temporary and already-broken ceasefire in its genocide in Gaza. In a post accompanying the footage, Shehada commented:
My feed is filled with Gazans returning to their homes & discovering skeletal remains of their families & loved ones Many skulls with direct gunshots to the head, executed in cold-blood by the IDF They dumped the bodies to decompose in the open & get devoured by stray dogs.
Shehada’s post was quickly attacked by an Israel-based apologist for the genocide, who claimed that the video was fake because it had a 2020 copyright attached to it, providing as evidence a screenshot showing a supposed watermark from ‘Mooji Media Ltd’:
The video footage itself shows no such text – but when challenged about this, Green – whose feed is peppered with anti-Palestinian comments and even attacks on the Red Cross for facilitating the release of Israeli captives, simply continued to insist that it does and that it can be seen at the 31-second mark:

Mooji Media Ltd does exist, but as its site makes clear it exists solely to promote the teachings of a West Indian Hindu teacher. It would be unlikely to be the owner of video of murdered civilians in Gaza, even if the mark was added to the video. Instead, it seems clearly a shoddy attempt to discredit the footage of the aftermath of yet another Israeli war crime, as many pointed out – some with demonstrations:
Israel’s ‘hasbara’ (propaganda) to mask its war crimes has been lazy and shoddy throughout its genocide in Gaza, from manufactured clips to excuse bombing hospitals and refugees to its claims that Palestinian civilians were only slaughtered because they were ‘human shields’ when Israel was in fact caught using captured civilians as human shields even to the point of forcing them to wear occupation uniforms – and indeed situates its own military and intelligence facilities in the middle of its own population.
The Israeli regime has also lied extensively about the treatment of Israeli captives in Gaza, being corrected even by the released captives themselves.
Israeli contempt for civilian lives was also seen on 7 October 2023 when, as even Israeli press have admitted for more than a year, it slaughtered hundreds of its own people in repeated attacks on kibbutzim and the Nova music festival. Despite these admissions, western media and UK politicians continue to ignore reality.
Israel has previously been accused by the United Nations and human rights groups of executing women and children in Gaza and last September dumped a lorry-load of bodies of illegally-detained Palestinians on the Gaza border, many of which showed signs of torture and summary execution.

Does that mean israelis aren’t responsible for that pile of bones that was once a living, breathing Gazan citizen?
Does it somehow exonerate all the heinous crimes against humanity committed by murderous israelis since 2020?
No.

Those israelis are no more than a bunch of murderous c*nts, and those that lie for, and excuse them are every bit as despicable.
Imagine me claiming that the footage from the liberation of auschwitz was made/fabricated at pinewood studios in, say 1950, and trying to validate it by tacking on a still from the end of any b&w film from that year, and from said studios, at the end of the footage
