Retaliation for Israel strike hits home as ‘iron dome’ defence missiles detonate too late
A ballistic missile fired by Yemen’s Houthi forces has struck Tel Aviv tonight, after evading Israel’s US-made ‘iron dome’ defence system when interceptor missiles appeared to explode after the incoming projectile had already passed them:
Israeli media said the missile struck an empty park, ‘lightly’ wounding sixteen people from broken glass windows. Another fourteen were treated for minor injuries and anxiety incurred as they ran to shelters.
The missile, reportedly a ‘Palestine 2’ hypersonic type, was fired in apparent retaliation for an Israeli bombing raid on civilian infrastructure in Yemen’s capital Sana’a, which killed at least nine people.

The center-right Romanian National Liberal Party paid for a campaign on TikTok that ended up favoring far-right independent candidate Călin Georgescu, a new report from investigative outlet snoop.ro indicates….
….the Romanian tax agency found that the Liberals had paid for a social media campaign on TikTok through influencers and by promoting a hashtag which ended up being hijacked to benefit Georgescu instead. The Liberals are a junior coalition partner in the outgoing government and their candidate, Nicolae Ciuca, placed fifth in the annulled first round.
The National Liberal Party paid an external firm, Kensington Communication, to implement the social media campaign.”
The ruling National Liberal Party (PNL) – which were the key Party in cancelling the elections based on allegations of “Russian interference” which even the FT were conceding the other day were “almost impossible to prove” – were actually the Party behind the Tik Tok campaign which was designed to draw voters away from other main challenger’s to the PNL which backfired spectacularly.
It wasn’t the Russians – The Official Enemy (TOE) – it was the Romanian ruling party. Who would’ve thought that narrative would collapse so quickly.

As I recall a few weeks back the ink was barely dry on the news of the election cancellation in Romania on this false allegation and fake news before links were being posted on this site drawing readers attention to the Jackanory.

Well quelle surprise, with Politico being the only source within the Western propaganda media apparently publishing the story late Saturday afternoon that it was the ruling Romanian Party responsible for the Tik Tok Pied Piper campaign which backfired, within 36 hours or so Politico is desperately trying to bury its own story by contradicting its own earlier report:

….the findings of the Romanian Tax Agency, which Politico revealed on Saturday afternoon, are confined to the memory hole incinerator and its back to The Official Narrative (TON) bullshit:
“After the incumbent President Klaus Iohannis released secret files alleging the vote had been compromised by a likely Russia-backed “hybrid” attack — and a vast TikTok influence operation — Romania’s Constitutional Court cancelled the entire election.”

Yet, yesterday (Sunday) not only could you not find the Saturday Politico report on the search engine using the report’s headline, it was not even possible to find the report using the report’s headline on Politico’s own search engine.
