Recklessness of bombing assault on show as ground offensive stalls
Israel has again bombed civilian homes in the Beirut suburb of Dahiya, this time right next to Beirut airport as an international airliner passed close by:
Israel’s has repeatedly bombed civilian areas in Beirut, with Dahiya intensively targeted with tandem heavy bomb strikes, leading to devastation resembling Israel’s war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza – and, like Gaza, the US, UK and some other western governments have refused to condemn the wilful targeting of civilians, with Keir Starmer yesterday insisting Israel is not committing genocide despite the findings of United Nations and academic experts on human rights and genocide:
Lebanese militia have targeted Israeli military facilities in retaliation.
