We are without food, water, hospitals, doctors, civil defence. Desperate north Gaza town calls for urgent international assistance

After last night’s horrifying update from Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahiya in northern Gaza, the Beit Lahiya municipality has put out a desperate distress call to the international community as the town’s functions and life support collapse completely under Israeli bombs and missiles and its inhabitants who survive the bombing die of hunger and disease:
In light of the humanitarian catastrophe experienced by the residents of Beit Lahia as a result of the ongoing war of extermination and the siege imposed on the northern Gaza Strip, where Beit Lahia has become
*Without food*
*Without water*
*Without hospitals*
*Without first aid*
*Without civil defense*
*Without doctors*
*Without services (sewage and waste)*
*Without communications*
Accordingly, we issue an urgent distress call for the necessity of saving what can be saved in the city of Beit Lahia, which is being subjected to killing and genocide, as we demand the international community and all Arab, international and humanitarian organizations to do the following:
1. Pressure the occupation to stop the genocide in the northern Gaza Strip and the city of Beit Lahia.
2. Open a safe passage to bring in all medical, food and fuel supplies to save the health and service system.
3. Bringing civil defense and ambulance equipment to the city of Beit Lahia to work on retrieving martyrs and injured from under the rubble, especially after the occupation committed a number of massacres against citizens in the city, the latest of which was the Abu Shadq and Al-Masry massacre and the Abu Nasr massacre in the Beit Lahia project, where a large number of martyrs are still under the rubble.
4. Bringing in the fuel needed to operate water wells, desalination plants and sewage pumps.
5. Bringing in heavy machinery to open roads and remove rubble to facilitate the movement of citizens, ambulances and civil defense vehicles.
Tragically and criminally, the cry for help as civilians die and suffer horrifically is likely to be ignored by the US, UK and other western nations that support Israel no matter how murderous, deranged and illegal its genocidal actions.

The only practical and realistic way to achieve these vital and necessary objectives is for a third force to militarily expel the illegal invasion and occupying forces of the Israeli army and destroy their ability – and that of those pulling their strings – to bomb, murder and slaughter indiscriminately.
Repeated calls for the West and it’s Zionist proxy to respect and adhere to international law are not working because, as Alistair Crooke observes here….
https://strategic-culture.su/news/2024/10/29/a-heroic-preference-for-self-destruction-is-taking-hold-in-israel/
….”we have moved – in this American-facilitated Israeli war – to ‘war without limits’. The rules of war have been evicted; human rights have been discarded; international law has been shed; and the UN Charter is no more. And, as it expands, anything goes – children in Gaza decapitated by bombs, Gaza’s hospitals bombed, and the continuous displacement and massacre of civilians.
The roots to this shift are complex. In part, they spring from the western postmodern zeitgeist.”
The only means left to stop this is by force. Ending with every single war criminal, their aiders and abetters and their scribes no longer with us.
