Seriously ill children on ventilators in Kamal Adwan hospital in Beit Lahiya, northern Gaza, have been killed after Israeli forces engaged in genocide and ethnic cleansing shelled the hospital’s oxygen stores.
Doctors at the hospital said yesterday, even before the shelling, that the hospital faced a ‘catastrophic’ situation, because the occupation force’s siege of the hospital had prevented it receiving vital supplies. Israeli troops have stormed the hospital after the shelling, ordering patients out into a courtyard.
Earlier this week, Israel burned down the Indonesian hospital in northern Gaza, leaving the Kamal Adwan as almost the only functioning health facility.
Israel’s genocide in Gaza has killed as many as two hundred thousand civilians, mostly women and children, with many more maimed and millions in starvation after months of its blockade. In a campaign of extermination it has sealed off northern Gaza, banned food aid and medical charities from entering the territory to help and is forcing out the hundreds of thousands of civilians still living there and killing those unwilling or unable to move – and often shooting at those who do – while targeting journalists for murder for reporting on its actions.
UK PM Keir Starmer and Foreign Secretary David Lammy have posted repeatedly on their social media about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, but have still not mentioned Israel’s extermination of northern Gaza nor its terror attacks on Lebanon.

Starmer’s double standards on Ukraine and Gaza makes him untrustworthy and unreliable as Prime Minister. c200,000 dead former neighbours of Israel lie at his feet.
His double standards, along with the continued supply of arms, information and active moral support also make him culpable as an accomplice in aiding and abetting these war crimes.
The involvement of his Government in organising and supporting the illegal Ukrainian Nazi regime’s Kursk debacle, in which Russian civilians were deliberately targeted and killed – just as they have been since 2014 across what was Eastern Ukraine – also makes him and his cabinet culpable in war crimes.
Alongside their Israeli and Ukrainian proxies they, and their fellow accomplices pulling the strings, should face the same outcome as those at Nuremberg.
