Location of Mossad HQ makes mockery of Israel’s excuse for mass slaughter of civilians in Lebanon and Gaza
Israel’s threadbare excuse for its mass bombing of civilians in Gaza and Lebanon has been that the military sites it wants to target are hidden among ordinary people to use them as ‘human shields’. This narrative has been regurgitated unchecked by the UK and US media.
Iran has launched a barrage of missiles this evening in retaliation for the slaughter of Palestinians and Lebanese civilians and the assassination of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah last week – missiles that Israel’s air defences appear to have been powerless to stop.
And US broadcaster CNN’s coverage has inadvertently exposed the reality that Israel’s key military and intelligence facilities – like those of most nations, including the UK and US – are sited among civilians, including the HQ of Israel’s Mossad intelligence service:
The ‘human shields’ narrative has always been cover for the wanton, mass killing of ordinary men, women and children – dressing up a universal practice as a recklessness attributed just to those Israel and its allies want dead.

Killing civilians is a bonus for Israel- a feature not a bug of tactics designed to eradicate all traces of the Palestinian people.
It is zionism at its most cynical to call its targets -women of reproductive age and children- ‘human shields’. For these madmen not even captured Israeli soldiers or citizens are human shields.
It will be Israeli Arabs who suffer most from any attacks as they don’t have access to shelters. Also, the ‘human shield’ aspect is less pertinent in a time when an aggressor can chose to use precision munitions if it has a specific target. Pointedly, Israel has chosen not to use these more financially costly means and instead carpet bombed entire districts suggesting that its goal is not the eradication of Hamas but rather the elimination of the Palestinian people.
