Noa Argamani shreds Israeli and western media claims – not all have retracted
Noa Argamani, one of four Israeli captives in Gaza after her capture during a music festival on 7 October, who was rescued at the cost of 274 civilian lives in a US-aided Israeli raid in June, has issued a statement to correct media claims that she was abused by her Palestinian guards, after several Israeli and western media outlets misquoted the testimony she gave to a meeting of G7 nations this week.
The media had claimed that Argamani had reported that her captors cut off her hair and that she was extensively beaten by them. In her statement, Argamani made clear that she had said she had “cuts” all over her head and that her body was “hurting” – but that she was not beaten, had not had her hair cut off and that her injuries were caused by a bombing by Israeli planes.
She added that she would not allow herself to be ‘victimised again by the media. Other released captives have similarly reported being well treated and fed during their captivity and protected from bombs by their guards.
Argamani’s wounds at the hands of Israeli forces are by no means unique. Many of the captives are reported to have been killed by Israeli bombs and missiles, while at least three were shot by occupation troops despite calling out for help in Hebrew and approaching soldiers undressed to make clear they were not carrying weapons or explosives.
Israel is also known to have killed an ‘immense’ number of its own people during the 7 October raid in repeated instances of the ‘Hannibal directive’ to kill Israelis rather than allow them to be taken prisoner. The friendly fire killings make a mockery of Israel’s claim to be slaughtering Palestinian civilians to rescue the hostages – and of the regime’s excuses for beginning the genocide, which has killed around 200,000 Palestinians so far, in the first place. The UN has investigated Israel’s claims of rape and mutilation by Palestinian fighters on 7 October and found several to be confirmed false and the rest to be unevidenced.
Thousands of Palestinians have been arbitrarily detained by Israel, many of them raped and tortured, while Palestinian women and girls have also been raped and executed by Israeli forces in Gaza. Almost no western media have reported the falsity of Israel’s atrocity propaganda, which continues to be repeated by media and politicians.

I smell a rat. Leaves me with a fair few questions.
1.How was the (original) address/speech delivered? Was it translated from hebrew into the six different languages via translators, into reporters’ own earpieces?
2. Or was it translated via TV monitor to the specific languages for the benefit of reporters?
3. Were they (translators) given transcripts, or did they translate ad hoc?
4. Were reporters given transcripts, or did they take notes from the audible translations?
5. If given transcripts, at what stage were these handed out?
6. The nationality/nationalities of the translators?
7. The employer(s) of the translators.
8. Has there been any independent, multilingual comparison of any translated version, either by a single polyglot, or multiple sources?
…and, yet – Kamala Harris repeated the original lie – in full – to the audience, at the DNC, on Thursday evening.
That does not bode well, for Palestine.

Rabbi Dov Lior has been described by Netanyahu as the “élite unit that leads Israel”, because of his influence and control over the settler forces. The 1948 Irgun, drawing heavily on the Mizrahim, is being reborn?”
Even the head of Israel’s ISS (Internal Security Service, Shin Bet, – which reports directly to the PM – is issuing dire warnings about the armed to the teeth Zionist Zealot Armageddon cult:

The bottom line is that too many elements in Israeli society support Jewish terrorism. Meanwhile, the outcomes it leads to could undermine the existence of Israel as a Jewish and democratic state. This is a crisis that must be addressed.”
