Dan Gillerman is not ashamed to speak racism out loud, leaving even Sky interviewer nonplussed

Dan Gillerman, Israel’s former ambassador to the United Nations, has encapsulated the appalling racism and arrogance of the Israeli regime during an interview on Sky News.
Gillerman expressed his astonishment that anyone in the UK and other nations would empathise with the ‘horrible inhuman animals’ in Gaza – the women, children and elderly people in the ‘open air prison’ that Israel is slaughtering with incessant bombing:
Gillerman is not the only senior Israeli politicians to use such dehumanising language about Palestinian human beings – a common precursor to genocide – it is common. Israeli ‘defence’ minister Yoav Gallant announced that Israel was fighting ‘human animals’ as a justification for Israel’s blockade – a war crime – preventing food, water, fuel and medicines from reaching Gaza’s more than two million people, of whom more than half are children.
And the lack of shame or even embarrassment to say it on a UK national broadcaster watched around the world is a perfect illustration of the arrogance and sense of entitlement of the Israeli regime. Its spokespeople expect no one to dare challenge them, no matter how outrageous their language or what it conveys.
