Wishing a good Christmas and 2022 to Skwawkbox readers

As Skwawkbox throttles down for a day or two to spend time with family for the holiday, I wish a good Christmas to all Skwawkbox readers whatever your circumstances. Here’s to a 2022 where the horrors in charge of the horrors at large are removed for all our sakes.

Thank you for your support and solidarity. This site has the best readers and you are all appreciated.

    1. Some good news for all Labour Party supporters as we approach the New Year.

The latest Times poll of 25,000 voters is encouraging.

The findings of a constituency-by-constituency poll conducted between December 1 and 21 suggest Sir Keir Starmer, the Labour leader, would win a general election with a 26-seat majority. Johnson would lose his seat of Uxbridge & South Ruislip, the first sitting prime minister to be ejected from parliament.
Five other cabinet ministers, including Alok Sharma, the Cop26 president, and George Eustice, the environment secretary, would also lose their seats, according to the survey by Focaldata.

      1. And what exactly will a Starmer Govt. offer which is of any benefit to a socialist future? What is so “encouraging”? As far as I am concerned a Tory Lite alternative is nothing to celebrate and how come the enthusiasm for this right-wing Forensic crew is not reflected by an optimistic surge in membership by those who are now so committed to this change (As was the case with enthusiasm for what Corbyn stood for before Brutus and co stabbed him in the back? … and frontl!)
Starmer,’s bitter opposition of our Socialist Party’s left wing and his failure to attack so many Tory failings may win support of those who reject Bozo and will vote against him but what exactly are they voting FOR? Starmer may win because he is not Boris but the prospect of his right wing government is the stuff of nightmares. Encouraging?…..Hardly\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\1

      2. New MRP Analysis of Nolan Principles & Westminster Seat Forecast:

New research and MRP analysis on voting behaviour and standards conducted on behalf of 38 Degrees by Survation in conjunction with Professor Christopher Hanretty of Royal Holloway University has found that the Conservative majority won in 2019 could disappear, should the current voting trend continue. The projections result in a hung Parliament, with Labour the largest party by a significant margin.

    1. Have a great Christmas & a Happy New Year Steve & all at Skwawkbox.

Yes we can only hope for the best for 2022.

That Bojo gets his comeuppance & Starmer gets just what’s coming to him. Voting figures perhaps indicate this.

      Hasta la Victoria Siempre!!!

      (Yours Until Victory Always)

The consensus is on the move even if Bojo & Starmer are still in the 1980s.

      Then there is China…

Keep doing what you do, holding this pernicious Tory Govn and Starmer’s Likud (Uk) party to account.

    Thank you mate

  11. Good health to one and all, time to raise a glass or three to those who have gone before us

  12. Christmas is just SO Mainstream, Happy Boxing Day Everyone :):):) and Thank You Steve, UK’s Nr 1 Indie News Site, Keep Busy, Keep Safe, Keep Informing that what needs to be known!

  13. Archbishop Desmond Tutu, a giant in fight against apartheid, dies at 90
The Nobel laureate, often described as the moral conscience of his nation, died on Boxing Day in Cape Town

    1. Thankyou for letting us know Stevieh.

How appropriate that a Christian freedom-fighter died on the very day his faith commemorates as the feast day of their first Saint (the commercial world’s ‘boxing day’ is just when our betters used to give us xmas presnts in little boxes if we were their servants/property). St Stephen – in the other hand – was, I believe, the first xian martyr whose death was caused by by Jews of a certain type and was remarkably similar to the treatment they and their synchronised MSM inflicted on another socialist freedom fighter, Jeremy Bernard Corbyn two millenia later.

(Even though I am not a person of faith, I respect Desmond Mpilo Tutu for the sterling work he did to fight apartheid and taking the powerful tenets of socialism, peace and justice (“Liberation Theology”) and making them mainstream in Africa and Europe).

    2. p s – give it a day or two and the vile covidians’ and billionaires’ MSM will start saying that Tutu died of omicron/covid19, which, of course, is most likely NOT the case, as covid has always had at least 99.5 % survival rate.

  14. Thanks to Steve and helpers at Skwawkbox and contributors for an educative and entertaining 2021 and ready for a crumbly new year.
