‘Sound of silence’ – Williamson’s May take-down is a must-see

Labour front-bencher Chris Williamson has a reputation for straight-talking and his latest video is no exception.

Set to Simon & Garfunkel’s ‘Sound of Silence’, Williamson dissects Theresa May’s performance at their joke of a conference – and takes no prisoners:

The video also features Laura Kuenssberg telling May of a Tory colleague describing ‘the smell of decay’ about her leadership. ‘Stench’ would be a better word – but not only about May, the whole party reeks of rottenness.

Watch. Enjoy. Share.

  1. Theresa May truly is the Frank Spencer of British politics.

Just like hapless Frank, the harder May tries the more chaos and damage she causes and the worse things get for the Conservatives.

It is all rather sad and pitiful. If I were to be unkind I would say that, as far as the Labour Party is concerned, May is the gift which just keeps on giving.

For the Tories she is a complete liability. There are scores and scores of Tory MPs who will lose their seats as a result of the curse Theresa May has placed on the Conservative Party.

    1. “May is the gift which just keeps on giving.”

True enough, to a point. The irony within that statement being the lot of them have done nothing but take, take, take. Whoever replaces the useless, clueless, spineless arl’ hag will be no different in terms of rapacity, cluelessness and being a liability.

They’re a busted flush whoever gets to lead them into the next election, which can’t come quick enough.

I really have to agree with Cris Williamson MP. His Video says it all, really – there is such a paucity of real, new, ideas coming from the Tories that they may as well give in now, and let Labour start fixing what the Tories have deliberately broken over the last 7 years! 🙁
