As a last push for the General Election, the SKWAWKBOX has paid for a series of sponsored ‘boosts’ of key articles on Facebook (the source of 75-90% of this blog’s traffic) to get vital articles out to key types of people who probably wouldn’t see it organically in their Facebook feeds: supporters of the military, older people, those interested in security – articles on the dementia tax, Theresa May’s cuts to police, the armed forces and Britain’s anti-extremism capabilities, the future of our NHS.
The blog had a kind donation from a reader that covered some of the cost, but we’ve invested more as a statement of faith and hope in our future.
