Starmer used land tax dodge to avoid inheritance tax

  1. Would anyone else be in prison for doing the same, talk about corruption & should be mentioned as so.

    1. Could we not demand kidstarver to
step down ftom his job? He is definitely showing signs that he thinks he can do as he pleases and that he is above the law.
But more so he has proven that he incompetent. We deserve better!

  2. If there’s any justice the local council will slap a CPO on the land and use it to build council houses.

    1. Toffee – Keir sold this land some time ago (2022) and he paid the HMRC £52,688 CGT on the transaction.

  3. You’re still drawing breath, I see.

How noble of keef to pay capital gains on the land. What did he pay on the inherited parental estate?

Oh, and I’m still waiting for this 20 point lead keef was supposed to easily attain, according to you and the rest of the braindead.

Even MPs at the conference are telling reporters that keefs less popular than corbyn ever was.

And it’s not remotely surprising, is it?

    1. Toffee – You could have looked it up yourself.
Sir Keir’s mother died in 2015; his father died on 1 December 2018. The net value of their estate (mainly their house) was £374,091.

So even if the land’s value (sold for £320k in 2022) had been included in his parents estate it still wouldn’t have reached the threshold for paying IHT.

      1. How strange….that you’ll research an answer in defence of keef, yet when you make wild unsubstantiated claims about other shite, you refuse to do so when required and become uktra defensive; as if there’s something to hide.

And this behaviour mirrors exactly, the evasive, obfuscation, arrogant shithousery of ‘keystone’ kash patel in the senate judiciary hearing last week, and especially when grilled on – of all things – the epstein files.

      2. Ah, right,.

The beaut that has continually claimed to NEVER have been on the left uses a left wing website to answer a question he won’t proffer his own answer to.

        Gobshite.

  4. Wasn’t he doing what he criticised the Tories of doing according to today’s Sunday Times?
Perhaps capital after preparing Right Wing Labour after the damaged goods Tories now see Right Wing Labour as damaged goods too and hence their backing of their new Neo Liberal capitalist 1st X1 Reform?
    So some choice – we have Neo Liberal Capitalist new 1st X1 Reform, 2nd X1 Lab, 3rd X1 Tories or 4th X1 Lib Dem’s.
And lightweight bourgeois capitalist Burnham – centre left social democracy’s last stand will be kept out by the carefully selected Right Wing Lab Drone MPs.
Hallelujah for the JC/ZS initiated Your Party & now the potential leaders have patched things up & there is a road map &
a founding conference in Liverpool in
November & the membership portal for all is now open and is brilliant that there is
    NOW AN ALTERNATIVE & HOPE!
With potentially 500,000 to 750,000 members it will have more members than all UK political parties put together, will have millions in the bank to campaign with+tons of young enthusiastic generally tech savvy young people & very experienced older members to engage with diverse citizens and one poll said it would get 20% support & that’s even before we start campaigning.
After tomorrow I will have put 300 Your Party flyers for a Your Party Rally in my city in October out on a local housing association estate and a council estate.
So time to start politicising the diverse masses!
    Solidarity! ❤️☮️⚖️

      1. Toffee – Given that Jeremy Hunt scrapped the LTA pension limit for everyone in 2023, precisely what material advantage does his very own act of Parliament give Keir Starmer?

      2. Anyone else have their name exclusively applied to a parliamentary act for their pension?

      3. You don’t merit one until you answer anyone else’s, gobshite.

Got that? If not, you’d best get it.
