With fascism to fight, the movement will not forgive whoever is seen to bring down Your Party

  1. OH DEAR-INTERREGNUM.

    1.Nazi’s strutting the UK streets.
    Citizens being economically crushed.
    But Your Party Leaders egos.
Jostling at the top, testing our hard earned trust.
2.Some white working class being played by racists & the dark propaganda of the billionaire Right.
As Genocide in Gaza is raging.
We are desperately needed in the fight.
3.The old order, Neo-Liberalism is dying.
But the new cannot yet be born.
Perhaps we are all being tested.
And only the stars will ride the storm.
FOR GOD’S SAKE YOUR PARTY AT THE TOP -UNITE!
    ☮️♥️🆘

  2. Said I’d give it until Christmas to see what way the wind blows.

It isn’t even October, and the usual debacles have kicked off. A million people being fucked over because of ego trips.

…Again. This is exactly why I sat off and didn’t rush into pledging allegiance to corbynist labour, and why I wont with this new party. The continual hovering over the self-destruct button ensures it.

At a time when every other party is utter shite; when people are screaming for a real alternative – they just HAVE to, don’t they?

No doubt the resident nonce defending smarmerite will be here soon to have a gloat, once he’s finished his caprine bestiality.

To be honest, I think I’m done with the bleedin lot of it.

    1. I know what you mean, Toffee. I’m sticking with my Workers’ Party membership for now.
And speaking of being done with it, it seems most of Skwawk’s commenters have fucked off as well. Hansell & Maria V weigh in occasionally on the Canary thread, but some have just done one. It’s all a bit odd. Skwawk now seems to have written all the Canary’s posts since he joined. In effect, Skwawkbox has merely had a rebrand.

      1. Yeah, I’d noticed that meself, tim – bar the comments cos I haven’t signed up to the canary and don’t have much of an inclination to do so.

        Bloody heretics 😋

  3. The grassroots of Your Party is United.
And it is not the great men & women that make history but movements.
Your Party already could have 20% of public support, 80 seats, and that’s before we get organised and start to campaign.
I wish the Greens & the Workers Party well but they are really irrelevant.
But Memo to would be leaders: Best to keep stuff internal & not go public.
But overall as Bob Marley sang:
    “Everything’s gonna be alright.”

  4. We need a Fascist, Corruption & Rich Politician’s investigation Government Dpt.

  5. Ego Wars? Lefties are supposed to be prone to disunity and splitting because of “ideoleological purism”, well this YourPartydispute just looks to me like warring egos to me – and it’s an overly pushy Sarah Sultana that I blame the most.
All I can say is thank heaven for Mothin Ali, Zack Polanski and the Greens’ move to the left! I’m already a member of the Greens and Sultana-fed ego wars are likely to keep me there.
FWIW Toffee, ditto on The Canary. Skwawkbox was good while it lasted and I’ll miss it.

  6. I wouldn’t waste my time in a bourgeois capitalist environmentalist party like the Greens with a few socialists in it.
I don’t think they know how to engage with diverse working class people, in a local election in my city in a w class area where Reform won & the Left stood no
candidate, the Greens had an open run & their vote actually went down!
But Your Party sadly is becoming a bit of a tragedy although it is saveable and MUST be saved.
    It is desperately needed NOW!
A new group Our Party within it with the best intentions is saying they would offer to run things and not MPs but is still a bit top down.
Perhaps the founding conference of delegates should elect a steering group of 12 or so with the remit of empowering the grassroots?
I think I’d vote for anyone who has read Paulo Freire, Cultural Action For Freedom, The Pedagogy Of The Oppressed.
Jeremy & Zara are talented politicians and their name recognition will help campaigns but WE the many will decide what to do.
    So keep the original plan:
September: Membership portal opens & regional assemblies.
    October: More Assemblies.
November: Founding Conference & WE elect a Steering Group of the best fighters for grassroots power, and WE would set the agenda.
We could start with the Corbyn 2017 manifesto as a stimulus response document to be debated & amended.
And when we have a draft manifesto for the General Election our MPs who serve us should go direct to the public like the rallies in city & town squares around the UK in 2017 and WE as grassroots members go direct to local citizens in our constituencies holding public meetings on the draft manifesto on Council estates etc where local people can come along & suggest amendments &
additions so they feel some ownership of the ideas.
This is important as if we get in power when the powerful throw everything at us we can then call upon citizens to rally to our cause & the ideas they agreed with.
I burst with ideas & love it it someone can add to them to enrich them.
I am also not precious about them and can accept if I got things wrong.
All Power To The Grassroots in Your Party.
    Solidarity.
