US appeals court rejects attempt to stop Trump stripping 430k legal immigrants of their status

1. Sadly will be overturned by the Republican Yes Men & Yes Women political appointees on the Supreme Court.
   If the USA was a civilised country it would have an independent judiciary.
   It would elect the President by the popular vote & not a rigged deliberately by its forefathers electoral college.
   Useless Clinton actually got 3m votes more than loser Trump!
   It would have political parties with actual members who also made policy.
   And it would scrap the Supreme Court 2010 ruling which allowed USA billionaires to spend billions promoting their interests in political ads etc.
   It should have state funding for candidates
   and none other so goodbye to US Big Business & AIPAC funding as politicians would have to serve citizens first.
   And yet the US lectures the world on democracy, and have a record of bringing down democratic governments in other countries they don’t agree with and like Labour & Tory MPs in the UK vote to bomb black & brown people in poor countries at the drop of a hat?
   The 2nd Big Business Party the Democrats were actually backed in the last election by more billionaires than The Republicans so the USA diverse working class should get together with the progressive middle class to have their own
   left wing democratic socialist party.
   And to paraphrase an old brilliant Joni
   Mitchell protest song perhaps they should: “Get all the rich and put ‘em in an Oligarch Museum. Then charge the people a dollar and a half just to see ‘em.”
   Time to end the US Dictatorship of the Oligarchs!
   Solidarity to all the decent diverse working class people & progressive middle class American people who are currently facing hell from the Right Wing US barbarians who have the collective intellect of an amoeba.
