  1. I like the idea of charging council tax on empty housing. Also I think the amount of community charge charged on the different bands of properties should be much higher on the highest bands and lower on the lower bands reflecting ability to pay. Also make it impossible to avoid paying inheritance tax.

    1. Not to mention all the other taxes the rich prefer to avoid paying.
      Much more convenient to pay fortunes to scheming accountants and lawyers to ‘find’ the loopholes in the tax legislation that they left there when they helped Gov & HMRC to draft them.
      We should close the revolving door between the gravy train and the magic roundabout.

Hi there I’m a member of the labour party now because of Jeremy Corbyn I’m a socialist have been all my life in 2004 when Tony Blair was leader of the labour party and prime minister I stopped Wrexham County Borough council giving away 12000 00 houses all council housing the mp for Wrexham ian lucas labour mp went door to door boing his best to let all the housing being taken over sorry chris willamson but there is sill lots of Tony Blairs toryies in the labour party to this day
