Last month, the SKWAWKBOX covered the story of the Labour Future site and its ‘coalitions for change’ section, which showed the logos of the Labour Party, Keep our NHS Public (KoNP) and Momentum alongside that of the right-wing faction Progress.
As of this morning, almost six weeks later, this is how that section looks:
The KoNP logo was removed at the time following a complaint from the organisation.
Labour Future, in spite of its name, is a private limited company with no standing with the Labour Party. The company has been accused of ‘passing off’ because the similarity of its fundraising emails to official Labour communications has caused some people to donate in the belief they were giving to the Labour Party.
Labour Future has been contacted for comment.

What are Momentum doing about this, Skwawky?

Wonder if they will ever comment/explain why.

Sorry I missed this first time around. I’d like to know how they got my email address. I am being bombarded with “begging” emails. How can Labour just sit back and let this happen. Bad enough to have Progress at it let alone some completely unknown & unconnected to Labour. I understand they are a private company?
What can we do.
